The BOA Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers for flexible mechanical elements for the automotive industry and for a wide range of industrial applications. The headquarter is based in Stutensee near Karlsruhe / Germany.

Until August 2006 the BOA Group operated under IWKA Balg- and Kompensatoren-Technologie GmbH. About 20 subsidiaries and shareholdings in eleven countries now belong to the new BOA Group. Additionally, the organization keeps sales and service offices in the most important industrial countries.

The BOA Group develops, produces and distributes worldwide stainless steel components for motor management, exhaust systems and side components for vehicles. In the industrial division, the BOA Group delivers gas tight and flexible elements for applications in energy technology and technical construction: railway, shipyards, aerospace industry, vacuum technique, measurement and control as well as armatures.

BOA solutions include both standardized products and customized, individual elements developed together with the customer.
